We currently only ship in the UK . For other countries please contact us.
How long will it be until I receive my products?
All of our products take approx 2-3 working days (UK) from date of dispatch.
Please note that some of our products are made to order and will take slightly longer for dispatch. This information can be found on the individual product page.

Our blankets, cushions and prints are ‘signed for’ items, this is reflected in the price of the p+p.
If there is something you need urgently then please contact us, and we can arrange an alternate delivery method.
I have received my item and it has been damaged, what shall I do?
The blankets and cushions are individually handmade and packaged with great attention to detail. However if you do encounter a damage keep the item, along with the packaging and labels, unused. And we will replace the item 14 days after purchase. (for further reading see: returns and refund policy).
Our sensory cards are manufactured on a large scale, which enables us to provide you with high quality material and print for your cards. We spot check these when we receive them, however should you find a fault please contact us.

Are the products safe for children?
Yes all of the products are safe for children. All the images printed on the fabric use a water based dye. So there are no harmful chemicals.
No pins are used in the production of textile products.
And the sensory cards have smooth rounded edges, for a comfort feel.
Please remove all packaging and tags from the products before your child uses them.
Caring for your products.
Are all items gift wrapped?
Gift wrap can be requested for an additional extra.
However, we tend to use gifting boxes and bags for promotions and certain times of the year.
I haven't received my shipping confirmation?
This would suggest that your product has not been shipped yet.
If there is a problem with you order we will contact you immediately.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not been sent it is possible to cancel your order. Contact us immediately.
However, if it has been sent, you will need to post this back to us. And you will not be refunded the postage costs.
Be sure to use a reliable courier.
When will I receive my refund?
When we receive your items we will check them, and if satisfied we will refund your money within one week.
